In this introductory class, we will learn the reasons we care too much what people think, and take the initial steps to untethering our ties.
MODULE 2: I AM WHO I AM AND THAT IS GOOD
In this insightful class, Dr. Tracy will introduce you to the Law of Allowance where you will discover your Soul's Purpose, which is to become the highest definition of You; regardless of what people think.
MODULE 3: IT'S NOT PERSONAL
In Module 3, you will learn the most exciting information for the thin-skinned, which is, "No matter what people say, IT'S NOT PERSONAL!"
MODULE 4: IT'S ALL ABOUT THE LOVE
In this moving class, you will learn that our ability to experience Authentic Love rests in our courage to show-up as the Authentic Self.
MODULE 5: BECAUSE I AM CHOCOLATE
In Module 5, Dr. Tracy will introduce you your Individuality; also known as your Chocolate, which serves as your Guiding Light to the Authentic You.
MODULE 6: UNTETHERING STEP 1: Re-directing
The goal of healing is to walk deeper in Self-Love. Module 6 will introduce you to the first step of untethering from others, with an exciting tool called Re-directing.
MODULE 7: UNTETHERING STEP 2: Rerouting
In Module 7 we will learn that, when we allow others to pull us off our life destiny path, Re-routing is our emotional GPS to help us find our way home.
MODULE 8: UNTETHERING STEP 3: Releasing
At the heart of those who care too much is the desire to be authentically loved. In Module 8, Dr. Tracy will teach you the love tool of Releasing, which opens the gateway to experience healthy love.
MODULE 9: UNTETHERING STEP 1: Realigning
In our final class, you will learn the life took called Realigning, which is the confidence to reclaim your inner posture. Because when it comes to untethering from the opinions of others, when we take a stand on our own life, it releases the grip of others.
