Start With: Module 1 Class 1
WHAT IS THIS? (Self-Love and Narcissism):
Module one sets the foundation to recovery by connecting the dots between Self-Love Deficiency Disorder and Narcissistic Abuse. The intention of this module is to educate the victim of narcissism what they have survived by giving Narcissism, Narcissistic Abuse and their condition (Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome) a name, as well as explaining to the victim the infamous question “Why do they abuse?”
WHAT HAPPENED TO ME? (The Breakdown Roadmap to Narcissistic Trauma):
Narcissistic Abuse is a strategic overt and covert system of abuse. In Module 2 Dr. Tracy identifies the 11 most common techniques the Narcissists use to debilitate their targets, and the aftermath effects of these abuses. From Gaslighting to becoming invisible, the intention of this module is to empower the victim of narcissistic abuse with the awareness she needs to identify the abuses as well as the steps to healing from the trauma she has endured.
BREAKING THE ROOT ADDICTION (Love and the Narcissist):
Loving a Narcissist can at times feel like a worse addiction than heroin. From love bomb highs and great sex like no other, to deep despair and rejection that leaves you leveled, the intent of Module 3 is to educate the victim of Narcissism on the addiction and abandonment of narcissistic abuse. In this module we will answer the questions “Why is the sensitive woman so attracted to the insensitive man?” And more importantly we will uncover exactly why the victim of abuse runs back for more when all warning signs say “DON'T!”
THE AFTERMATH OF ABUSE (Healing From CPTSD):
Though there are many aftermath trauma wounds the victim of narcissism suffers, one that is often overlooked is the CPTSD (Complex Post Trauma Stress Disorder). Specific to survivors of Narcissistic Abuse, this condition must be addressed and treated for the victim to reach full recovery. The intention of Module 4 is to educate the victim of narcissism about CPTSD, to outline the 5 specific trauma wounds associated with CPTSD and guide them to deeper healing for both pain relief and sustainable recovery.
NARCISSISM AND THE FAMILY (When No Contact is Not an Option):
In Narcissistic Abuse recovery, optimal healing happens when we create “No Contact” with the Narcissist. For many victims however, “No Contact” is not an option. From how to deal with co-parenting, to parents, children and bosses who are narcissists, the intent of Module 5 is to educate and empower the abuse victim how to protect themselves if they choose to stay “in contact” with a Narcissist.
